Dave called me at 7:11 PST this morning and caught me sleeping, but I think I got all the info.  The second version of his Audio CD arrived a week
ago, but I hadn't had time to figure out the best way to put it up on the internet.  I decided to make a CD image of the disk so the end user could
re-create exactly what Dave put together.  The first imaging program failed last week, but I found one that did the job today.  The disk Dave made is
an Audio CD and the disk image is in bin/cue format.  Dave has corrected the audio problems that he had with the first disk, and made some improvements.
I put the contents of version 1 of his CD on conspiracycentral.net, but I had converted the original disk to MP3 format.  This is the full version 2 CD
without modification.

Greg's first hour guest was Dave Case, who has become a Targeted Individual (TI) after trying to patent sophisticated computer devices and enhancements. Dave also claims to have invented a method to curtail microwave harassment as sophisticated electronic weaponry is being used, according to Case, to inflict injury on many unsuspecting and innocent Americans.

According to Dave (and others), the population at large is now being targeted with a new generation of electronic tools used for various forms of remote
influencing and control.  We have now entered the age of electronic mind control and at the very least, thinking people should be aware of this possibility.
Apparently the ?government? now has the capability to influence people's moods and behavior with electronic means, and individuals can even be targeted
with the assistance of the GPS Global Positioning System.  The technology required to facilitate this has been deployed in most television equipment for at
least a decade.  I have also heard that new laptop computers are being built with television cards with GPS hardware in them, so those units can be located
anywhere on the planet.  Consumer GPS units are now available at very low cost, so none of this is no longer far fetched except to the naive, and the
brainwashed.  As most of us learned yesterday, the newest "terror psyop" being run on the population has been created to convince us that bottled water
must now be suspected as being a potential "terrorist weapon", so it's obvious that we have reached extreme levels of global corruption and stupidity.

Dave says that he has been in touch with many people who have been electronically harassed, or have attended activist gatherings that focus on this issue.
People who are opposing this new form of harassment have developed a high pitched ringing in their ears.  The medical term for this phenomena is called
"tinnitus" and Dave says that listening to his audio CD will help alleviate this problem.  Dave asked me if I had been listening to his CD, and I replied
that I had sampled it and found the tones to be quite unusual.  I reported that I had not listened to it for extended periods of time mainly because I have
been extremely busy just trying to make ends meet.  Dave indicated that the CD could be listened to during sleep with "earplugs".  As I mentioned, Dave caught
me while I was still sleeping so I didn't clarify what he meant, but I suspect he was talking about earbud headphones.  I'm not sure what the overall results
of Dave's work will be, but at the very least Dave's tones will work to mask whatever it is that the ?government? is doing.

I can personally testify that *something* nefarious is being done by the governments of the world.  The corporate billionaires of the planet are a bunch of
>absolute< scum, and I think it's obvious that the ultimate dream that they have is to completely control the population which they consider to be their 
employees and slaves.  I think we can at least agree that electronic methods of population control would be something they would at the very least be exploring.

As far back as 1994, I noticed the occasional odd electrical event happen in my proximity.  Often odd things happen to us that we immediately label "coincidental",
but when these things reoccur over the years at specific times, the explanation that it's all a "coincidence" begins to fade.  I have had many times when I have
been extremely upset about what the government has been doing, and I've had my computer crash, and my monitors click off and fail.  On a couple of occasions, my
computer crashed and the rebooting process was in slow motion, or would not work at all.  Later when I calmed down, and refrained from ranting about the government
things would work as normal.  Again, I'm getting tired of categorizing all of this as coincidence.  It's not.  I've even had the patents held by Elwood Norris used
on me a few times by unknown parties.  ("voice to skull" v2k microwave transmission)  And yes folks if you shut up and pay your taxes the government will probably
leave you alone.  The billionaires will be pleased with you if you're a good slave and certainly won't want to let on that anything totalitarian is going on.

Dave says that the ?government? and the "security" services are using electrical frequencies directed by the GPS system as sort of a "cattle prod" on the population.
Tinnitus tones occur when the super-feds want to influence our behaviors...I suppose to make us more compliant and sheep-like.  They appear to want the population
to all bow, obey and support their monopolistic dream for a world government.  The degenerate architects of this plan have convinced themselves that a "world government"
is the ultimate solution to all of our global problems, but this is really the most dishonest plan ever created by humanity.  The plan for "world government" is
actually a greedy, despicable attempt to take over the planet for the selfish enrichment of the leaders of this scheme.  These people use the cover story that world
monopoly is a good thing and it will deliver us peace, but these filthy people are really seeking selfish control over others and are attempting to use this to
achieve a perpetual free ride of robbery and theft from the population.  I consider this the ultimate form of delusion possible because the universe is governed
by the laws of the atom.  We are governed by mathematics, and not the selfish whims of foolish men, who appear to be heavily drug addicted in many cases.  What
these people are trying to do with their control schemes is not going to work as they believe it will work, and it will end up causing them a great deal of
side effects that will not be pleasant...but there is nothing I can do except refuse to join their stupidity.  Ultimately we do not have to fear the men who
control the world because the universe operates atomically.  Dishonest schemes and plans NEVER have favorable results.  However, the danger we face is those of
us who participate in this evil nonsense will reap the confusion and the disfunction of all this criminality.  Society will eventually break down because the
dishonest aspirations of greedy and drug addicted people will ALWAYS be rejected by the population at the soul atom level.  For now, the population has tolerated
many of the antics of the "new world order" and their greedy scheme for world government, but it won't last forever.  In reality, at the soul level, people know
when things are dishonest and evil...and although the world is currently tolerating it's political situation, the population at large despises what is happening.
There is a great deal of delusion and lying going on as people convince themselves that they "have" to go along with this nonsense.  We simply don't...and
I for one simply am not going to lie about it.  Heck, even if I did lie about it the result would be the same anyway...I would have just joined the mass
psychosis which supports the idea of a "world monopoly government" that will crash and fail anyway.  There's no point in doing that.

I have had problems with tinnitus (ringing ears) that would become very loud at various times since the first quarter of this year.  This can be a medical
condition if you have damaged your ears, but the tinnitus would occur at specific TIMES of the day.  I reported one of the first attacks of this condition live
on the conspiracycentral.net IRC chat box that was temporarily functioning on the test server being set up in March.  I find it quite interesting that I received
a "hang-up" phone call immediately after using the insulting term "Homelame Security" on the online chat feature.  I had various flare ups of the "tinnitus"
at that time.  Obviously we are being watched by a bunch of sell-out spooks that appear to have deluded themselves into believing that there is "big money" in
serving this putrid system.  They can do as they wish, but remember...we are NOT governed by the degenerate Bilderbergers, Jesuits, Zionists or whatever.  The
universe is governed from the atomic level of the SOUL itself and all unethical behavior ultimately ends in unpleasant conflict.  I would advise the spooks of
the world to grow a brain before it's too late.  Greed is the game played by very stupid children...and the fully grown billionaires who operate in this mode
are destined for their own arrany of unavoidable side effects.  It won't be me who acts out against them either.  I won't have to.  I just rant about these issues
because I'm disgusted to have to live on a planet that's behaving this badly.  It's disgusting!  And whatever you do...please deprogram from all the nonsense
you may have heard that the Secret Societies are working on a "Great Plan" that's wonderful and mysterious that only "the enlightened" ones can understand.
This stuff is SCAM CITY!!!  Genuine ethical conduct..and that includes FINANCIAL ethics is our primary responsibility if we wish to maintain civilization.
This nonsense that all the money of the world has to be controlled and hoarded in order to make the "great plan" happen, and that it's all for a "good cause"
is NOTHING BUT A LIE.  Billionaires are, without exception the grime that coats our planet...and if you can't recognize this you have a problem.  The world
of contentment we really seek only comes about through ethics and sanity.  It does not come about through hoarding the resources of the world as part of somebody's
ancient "mystical" pipe dream.  Just because a stupid idea has existed for thousands of years doesn't change the fact that it's stupid.  This planet
has been a terrible place for centuries BECAUSE of this supposed "great plan" of the illuminati...and it will stay bad and/or get much worse if we're ignorant
enough to keep participating in this system of selfishness.


Anyway, I've been listening to Dave's new CD for over an hour now.  It certainly hasn't hurt me so far, and as background sounds in my headphones, it does
mask out some of the annoying electrical pollution that abounds...including the whine of the fan on my CPU.  My ears still ring a bit as usual but I'll have
to see where this all leads.  At the very least, we should all try to stay as aware as possible regarding the damage these globalist vermin are doing to
civilization with their self-serving world government scam.  I guess they think it's a great idea.  That's where they get the '322' number that the Skull
and Bones Society includes with their logo.  (The Fraternity that the Bush Family belongs to).  It appears to refer to the year 322 BC when Diogenes said that
"I am a citizen of the whole world".  This is the concept that the secret societies have used for centuries as the idealistic basis for their plan for a world
monopoly government.  Their plan has taken centuries to materialize, it has caused virtually nothing but massive grief to the entire planet and these
globalist vermin are hell bent to continue with it.  Sure, we need a better world, but this can only be achieved through genuine ethics, and the monopoly
system these people advocate is the most unethical system POSSIBLE...and they appear to be so deluded, arrogant and stupid that they think that it's going
to suddenly "work" with all their new electronic control systems.  As I have stated, the population utterly DESPISES what is going on...and this comes
from the atomic soul level of existence...but these globalist liars keep ignoring the obvious.  I suspect they'll keep snorting cocaine or keep getting hopped up
on whatever they do, and push this disgusting control system on us  until it finally fails catastrophically.  I personally think it would be a much
better idea for as many of us as possible to stop supporting this nonsense and disarm the situation instead of going along with it to it's demise.  That's
why I try to write about this issue.  I hope more and more people can recognize that the globalists do NOT have a "great plan", and their cause is anything
BUT good.  I for one utterly and completely reject these child minded fools and their dangerous antics.  I suppose that may upset these globalists, and in
theory they could even increase the harassment they level at people like me and others...but the bottom line is that I'm not going to support or go along
with their criminally bad idea.  They may pose threats to honest people, but to tolerate their criminal behavior and go along with their plans is far more
spiritually dangerous than any threat they can dish out.  They can be idiots if they insist, but I'm not about to emulate their criminal behavior regardless
of their threats of potential violence and harassment.  Greedy, monopolistic ideas are the disasters that destroy civilizations and have done so cyclically
for centuries.  Our planet ends up in war and woe because we allow ourselves to follow the degenerate aspirations of greedy coke-heads out of fear.  Those
of us who give up on common sense are the people who create the seeds of our own demise.  I'm not going to be one of them.  One way or another the aspirations
of selfish monopolists and liars always ends in ruins.  History is very little but proof of this.  The solution is to take a vow of personal ethics in
whatever way you have to and stick with it.  Don't follow the money grubbers to their demise.  The rich don't get richer...they ruin themselves and
the entire planet if we put up with their selfish games.




At the very least...Dave's new CD drowns out annoying electrical noises coming from elsewhere, and it sounds kinda funky.  Give it a try, or simply back it
up to disk.  Who knows what these globalist drug addicts are going to do next?

Using the CD:
Unzip the downloaded file.  Burn the bin/cue CD image to a standard CD-R disk with your favorite CD Burning Software.
OR use a program such as Daemon Tools (included) to mount the image file as a virtual cd rom on your hard drive.
(no physical cd player or disk needed)
